Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 26 April 2026. This policy sets out how returns, refunds, and order cancellations work for German Collar.

1. Our commitment

We want you to be happy with your men’s fashion purchase. This policy works alongside your statutory rights as a consumer; where local law gives you greater rights, those apply.

2. Return window & condition

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging where applicable. Items that show wear, damage not caused in transit, or missing tags may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, certain products may be non-returnable if opened or if marked as final sale (e.g. underwear, socks, or personalized items, where applicable). Any exclusion will be clearly indicated before purchase.

4. How to return

Start a return by contacting us at support@germancollar.com or via the Contact page with your order number. We will provide return instructions and, where we offer a prepaid label or pickup, the details will be shared in that response. Do not return items to a random address without our confirmation; doing so may delay or prevent a refund.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item) or as required by law. Any free-gift or bundle conditions must be met (e.g. return all items in a set) for a full refund.

6. Exchanges

Where we offer size or colour exchanges, we will describe the process in our email to you. If an exchange is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered in line with this policy.

7. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair where applicable, or a full refund including reasonable return costs where we are at fault.

8. Cancellations

Before dispatch: You may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel and refund in full. After dispatch: you cannot cancel the shipment in transit; you may refuse delivery or return the package under this return policy once delivered.

9. Promotional orders

Orders using coupons or limited promotions are subject to the same return rules unless the offer terms state otherwise (e.g. final sale). Refunded amounts will reflect any applied discounts.
