Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 26 April 2026. This policy describes how German Collar ships orders for men’s fashion and related products.

1. Where we ship

We deliver to addresses within the service areas shown at checkout. If your pincode or region is not serviceable, we will inform you before completing payment where possible.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand seasons or sales, processing may take longer; we will communicate significant delays by email or SMS when we have your contact details.

3. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery is shown at checkout and depends on your location, courier, and product availability. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees—weather, holidays, and carrier operations can affect arrival. Standard metro areas: often 3–7 business days after dispatch. Non-metro or remote areas: may require additional time.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping charges (if any) and any free-shipping thresholds are displayed before you pay. Fees may differ by order value, promotions, and destination. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees for cross-border orders (if offered in future) are the customer’s responsibility unless we state we prepay them.

5. Order tracking

When your order ships, we provide tracking information where available through our carrier. You can also check status via the Track order flow or by contacting support@germancollar.com with your order number.

6. Delivery & failed attempts

Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package, or that your building’s security or concierge can accept it. If a delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Address errors

Verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by you. Contact us immediately if you need to change an address; we can only change it before the carrier picks up the parcel.

8. Split shipments

If part of your order is delayed, we may ship available items first and the remainder in a follow-up parcel at no extra shipping cost to you, unless the checkout terms state otherwise for pre-order or made-to-order items.

9. Risk of loss

Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided or to a person authorized to receive the package, except where local law provides otherwise. Report missing or damaged shipments promptly using the contact options above so we can help.
