“German Collar,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. By accessing or shopping on this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (name, delivery address, contact details). We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
3. Products, pricing & availability
We sell men’s fashion and related products as described on each product page. Colours, textures, and fit may vary slightly from screen display; images are for illustration. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. We may change prices and catalogue without prior notice, but the price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout for your completed order, subject to error correction.
4. Orders & contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation (or when we ship your order, if earlier). We may cancel an order before dispatch for stock, quality, or security reasons; in that case you will be refunded for amounts already paid for that order.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through the methods we make available at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated rules; codes may be limited in time, product scope, and may not be combined where excluded.
6. Shipping & title
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss and title to products pass in accordance with that policy and the carrier’s terms, except where local law requires otherwise.

Content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, and product photography) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with security, or use automated means to access the service in a way that harms us or other users.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for a claim related to a given order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable).
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
